Our Purpose

The brand was born out of frustration with bloated agencies, vague strategies, and expensive retainers that lacked accountability. Parker and Trevor saw a gap in the market: growth-minded B2C businesses needed a true performance partner, someone who could combine media buying, platform expertise, and creative execution, without the fluff.

 

YoungCow Media exists to make growth simpler, faster, and more accessible for the business owners who are tired of the noise. Advertising has become overwhelming. Platforms are fragmented, agencies are bloated, and results are too often unclear. We’re changing that. Our purpose is to be the connector: the team that understands how media works across platforms and uses that knowledge to help growth-minded businesses find their next level.

Our Story

YoungCow Media was co-founded by Parker Young and Trevor Cowan, two experienced salesmen who’ve built their reputations inside some of the most performance-focused environments in media: Yelp, iHeartMedia, and high-growth startups.

We’re not operators. We’re growth-minded strategists with real experience in sales, marketing, and business development. We know how to connect the dots between paid media, brand identity, and bottom-line results. We speak the language of founders, marketers, and revenue leaders because we’ve lived it. We’ve owned the number, closed the deal, and helped scale what works.

 

YoungCow began as TenCow Media, a small family-run business. When Parker joined, the company shifted gears. Together, we brought sharp GTM strategy, enterprise sales leadership, and a vision for how a modern media partner should behave: responsive, honest, strategic, and fast.

 

We renamed the company to reflect a new chapter rooted in collaboration, clarity, and accountability. This isn’t a brand built on buzzwords. It’s built on trust, relationships, and results you can measure.

 

YoungCow isn’t just a name. It’s a blend of the founders’ last names and a symbol of their partnership, shared values, and vision.
